How to keep your family and you dry in the tent?
If it occurred to rain when camping, please do not worry and close the windows and doors inside the tent asap. And please keep top vents open to get air circulated well.
If the temperature from the night to the morning will change a lot, please make sure that top vents are open at the camping night, and meanwhile, if possible, please keep windows and doors open partly to avoid condensation caused by the temperature difference between inside tent and outside tent.
- Please open the doors and windows before folding the tent, which will remove air in the tent for folding it easily.
- In order to set up in 10 seconds, the tent is designed as an indivisible whole, so it is not suitable to put the tent in a backpack, luggage or suitcase.
- It is recommended to put the tent in its bag to move instead of dragging directly the tent to move on the hard ground, which would damage the pop up tent.
1. How long does delivery take?
We will ship within 2-3 bussiness days after the order is placed. You will receive within 3-5 business days.
Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.
2. Where do you ship?
US only. We only ship to the 48 contiguous states. We currently do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Guam. We also do not ship to FPO, APO, or PO Boxes. Thank you for your understanding.
3. How will my delivery be shipped?

4. I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product.
5. Can I track my order?
Absolutely! We always want you in the loop. Tracking information will automatically be sent to your email once your order has shipped, and updates will be emailed to you as well.
6. Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.

During the warranty period, you can contact us if you encounter any problems with the product and we will give you a satisfactory answer.
We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
